Classes, Workshops & Personal Classes
Classes are devised to enable everyone who attends to work with the body, its strengths and limitations. There is no criteria for attendance just a willingness to explore the body and movement with an open mind.
You are asked to alert the teacher to any concerns, injuries both acute and longstanding, and what actions you find helpful or those that cause discomfort or pain. You are the expert on your body and Sarah will work with you to ensure that the class meets your needs.
Each term the class will follow a theme to explore movement in the body and mind incorporating your inherent still nature into the experience.
Sarah is a certified iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation teacher and the classes are informed by the teachings of Richard Miller and the Integrative Restoration Institute.
Each session will encourage you to enquire into your innate inner peace and explore it through sensing into your physical being, working and observing the breath and falling into relaxation
Workshops will be held across the year, usually on a Saturday, to go into greater depth of movement, breath, relaxation and mind.
Tailored workshops are available to small groups who wish to explore a specific aspect of the Peaceful Yoga experience.
One to One
Sarah offers one-to-one personal yoga and meditation or co-meditation sessions at your home. These sessions offer the opportunity to explore in greater depth your personal experience of the mind, movement and inner calm.
